Flood time if the water is that far up the bridge piles. I remember walking across the pedestrian lane on the bridge after school following a flood and simply in awe of the water roaring beneath carrying all sorts of stuff in its wake..

My wife and myself used to do a mid winters night walk on a really stormy nite freezing cold hanging onto the railings kells was a welcome sight it became a tradition for us there and back loads of laughs getting soft in my older years havent done it in a wee while
