Eric Martini the Brunner Brass Band existed until the early sixties when it was disbanded all funds that were left were gifted to the Brunner Volunteer Fire Brigade to assist with the building of their new Fire Station in Dobson.for a very long time the band’s drum took pride of place in the bar of the Bucks Head Tavern

Would that be David McIvor? Was he also a member of the Masonic Lodge. Did he have grandsons who went to Marihau Primary school in Innes Road Christchurch? One was Stephen
