This is a photo of Bessie Gibson (nee Harris) and her daughter Ethel May taken in Westport about 1900 - when they were presumably still living in Denniston. Her husband Adam Gibsons occupation was “Baker” and Bessie’s “Postmistress”. they lived “on” Denniston from 1885 until 1904.
In 1904, Adam purchased the Essex Bakery in Westport.
Bessie was the sister of my Grandfather Alfred Harris. They were the children of John and Susannah (Susan) Harris of Denniston.Map^[1]ContributorRae Reynolds
