That significant concrete structure would have been a major undertaking back then. Love to know how they did it. We it all boxed and poured? How did they mix and pour with the height involved? Who did it? That is like a 'wonder of the West Coast' !

Wow. What great pictures. Thank you. I did that walk to the Middle Brake about 25 years ago, then flew over in a helicopter with my brother Noel Unwin. We landed on Mt Davey. It was amazing.
