I don't think it's Blackball, that was road/rail bridge. This looks like just a narrow bridge for bikes or walking.

Really good times working at Grey County with the Stephens/Forrest team. Whitbait net under the Council table in the Chambers in case there was a run. Being taken out of the Council building in the bucket of a loader during a flood. Picnics at Iveagh Bay with families. Kindest regards to you all.
