What's the 2 story building on the left

The building three along from cnr, the two storied one is Kiwi Milkbar, now accomodation, but originally the Temperance Hotel. Five along is Rainbow Cake kitchen, pretty sure.
You can also see the early telephone posts and at far left the old coal staiths for loading ships.
