Mt friend and I use to bike to church every Sunday, but on our way we would stop at Mervs Milkbar and spend our plate money!!. Then we'd go around behind the church to the hall for Sunday School. I loved the christmas concerts too, remember singing solo at one, which was quite nerve-wracking.

We were married there too! A beautiful church building, lost.....however the church congregation is still going strong, known now as Greymouth United Church, with services every Sunday 10 am. Still on Tainui St, on the southern side of the Anglican Church.
