DescriptionAhaura saw mills trucks. First picture has Jack Becker driving the Ford truck with the dozer on the back. Peter Hahn worked for them for some time, Jimmy Becker was the mill boss, Jack Becker the owner. Peter did road graveling for them in those days with a J 6 Bedford.

He thought the Bedford was a good truck on the bush roads, loaded with gravel until it was running over the sides. They also had a good gravel pit.Map^[1]ContributorMoe Bowes
