DescriptionThis photo was taken outside our house, 93 Bright Street Cobden, opposite our house is Vaughans house. Not sure when but the little skinny blonde boy on the right is my brother Raymond (Doc) Holmes. I think one of them is Keith Tomlinson from.next door to us on the corner and next to Doc is Kevin Skelton I think? Who are the other two, I recognize their faces but can't quite remember their names?

Sadly Doc passed away when he was 31, in a car accident in Perth while taking horses to the races.

It was a scout's bottle drive...great money earner in those days,because people used to just pile them up out of site and were just happy for someone to get rid of them.

Next door at 95 was Ken Douglas the Butcher and then a Mrs. Munn at 97. In 1972, I purchased Mrs. Munn's house and lived there for a number of years.
