The copy of this image at the National library has the caption (on the image) 'Westport Cardiff Coal coy's bins at Seddonville'. The accompanying caption says it's the first load out from the state mine. The train is comprised of fixed hoppers rather than 'Q's. The first Qs were in service prior to 1900 and fixed hoppers gone before 1910. The WCC Co mine opened 1894, closed in 1899. The state mine produced coal from 11/1903.
