It was always a road rail bridge.

I think it's been wrecked a couple of times before the concrete one was built.

Flag Mckenzie the earthquake did it last time I think, I maybe wrong.

Same time as the big flood in Westport I think it was a year later Franz Josef had its driest year ever. So similar to weather events these days
