Likely 1910s, as what was then the Dominion (now Blackball Hilton) was not built until 1910. Just based on the style and appearance no later than 1920s. That is the Miner's Hall next to it, which no longer exists and is parking and an outdoor area for the hotel, so this could have closed in the date a bit but as far as I can see at a cursory glance, it was still standing up to at least 1950 which is way past when this photo/postcard was created.

Darian Zam I think it was established on The Blackball Line that the hall beside the Dominion is not the Miners Hall which was built later.
