DescriptionNgahere church statue is quite something, I guess its cast iron does anyone know the manufacturer origin or any information about it and the church itself is a substantial structure ive never seen inside it anyone have some pictures? Thanks.

This photo taken when the tower was there.
This brick church's foundation stone was laid 14th September 1958. The church was officially opened 1st May 1960. Cost 14,000 pounds. Architect - Collins & sons; built by Airey Brothers. There used to be a tower on the left-hand side but it had to be dismantled because of earthquake risk.Map^[1]ContributorColin Waterman

They actually tried put it on the roof of the entrance but it was to heavy about 1958
