Description The ceremony of cutting the ribbons at Murchison, Nelson, by the representatives of the three districts concerned, Messrs. E. F. Healey, Marlborough; J. H. Harkness, west Coast; and W. J. Moffatt, Nelson. The ribbons were cut with silver scissors presented by Messrs.
