Built in the 1860's by W J Coates .
Still owned by the Coates Estate in 1960.
Demolished in the 1970's.

This old Hotel was directly opposite the Commercial Hotel. I cannot remember it ever being a hotel in my lifetime.
It was a boarding house for many years and a girl in my GHS Class lived with her family in the building.
Got pulled down in the late 60's early 70's.
