Jack was a gentleman and im not so sure about a scholar but he knew that Kopara road better than the back of his hand and spent a lot of his “retirement “ years snigging all sorts of vehicles big and small back onto the track a top guy

Because the truck was not deregistered until the mid 1990s it is still on carjam. Note the engine was only six litres. A lot more power than the WW2-era GMCs that were still being used by some then, but a lot less than some modern stuff. https://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=dj5126
