She broke in the following days with rough seas

Tony Harwood she was dragged up the beach, was a fixture at the river mouth for a year or so. Broke up when a refloat was attempted by filling her with empty containers.

Ron Pearson no ron we were going to to have a go but she had opened up considerably. Too dry. Micky denzie , i think tried a while later, but the drums forced the fastenings. It might have worked if she was sunk in the river for a couple weeks to take up some water in the planks. Shame, she was a beast
