DescriptionThis photo is of Waiuta School children. The small boy in the centre front was Stanley Whitehead (1907-1976) who was later to become MP for Nelson 1957 - 1976 and Speaker of the House 1972- 1976. I presume these children are the infants and that this photo was taken on the same day as one already on here of Waiuta older children and dated ca 1912.
